Inclusive Livelihoods model:

This program aims to address the specific needs of individuals to achieve economic independence, self-reliance and social inclusion. This is a holistic program, which is tailored to suit individual needs, capabilities and aspirations. This program works with people to develop their individual skills in relation to a range of livelihood services including education, vocational training, micro-credit, business development and job placement. AABRAR assesses the individuals and conduct, orientation and referral service to place beneficiaries in the relevant training or programs that can best enhance their level of skill and independence. By linking with a range of mainstream organizations and apprenticeship schemes AABRAR has developed pools of qualified businesses, training and educational facilities in Kabul and Jalalabad which expands the option available to vulnerable people and give them the skills and assistance they need to live an independent life.
